At WB Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your WB Shop account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unused condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
